Overview

Kinetic were requested to completely stripout the 4th floor previous office layout and create a new workspace for 60+ workstations with a number of glass meeting rooms, a new kitchen and new WC/ Shower room. The space was tight to fit all required but all was achieved bu using a mixture of 1200mm and 140mm bench desking.

The project was a challenge as due to legals the client had to move in with 15 staff when the project started so we decide to complete the refurbishment on a 2 phase approach using some of the existing walls to act as the barrier between the site works and temp staff working areas.

Scope

  • Stripout
  • New power and data underfloor
  • New glass partitions for meeting rooms
  • New solid / glazed partitions for kitchen
  • New kitchen units, tiling and appliances
  • New WC / shower room, full tiling
  • New vinyl and carpet
  • Decoration
  • Feature lighting
  • Building regulations

KWD provided our T4 facility years ago and therefore knew our business and design requirements inside out. Once again they carried out a flawless refurbishment and relocation with the new T3 facility being completed ahead of schedule and within budget. Everyone is thrilled with the result.
I have worked with Vince on a number of projects and on each occasion he has delivered quality results, on time and on budget.
Kinetic did an exceptional job of fitting out two major office refurbishment projects for Powell Tolner & Associates at their own two office buildings in Chesham. Both projects were carried out efficiently and professionally, completing on time and within budget. I would certainly recommend him and his company to others.
Vince designed and managed the installation of the refurbishment of our accountancy offices. He came up with creative designs to ensure that the office gives a modern and professional image. I would highly recommend Vince to anyone who wants to renovate or move office.
