Overview

DMC were expanding their operations from a shared HQ building in Guildford Surry. They needed to expand their headcount quite significantly and wanted their own identity and they invited Kinetic to carry out a feasibility study to determine maximum staff levels within the prospective space. Their requirements were for 100no. staff in the new facility, with a good sized breakout and kitchen area, new Reception/ Meet& Greet area, Comms Room, Print room and a number of flexible use meeting rooms.

We presented our proposals on mood boards and plans with visuals to communicate our ideas and finishes. The bold colour scheme options were led and chosen by the client as a statement and feature in the breakout area, the lighting, seating fabrics and floor finishes all complemented the scheme.

Clients

DMC and SSTL worked very closely with Kinetic Workplace to design our new expansion office. The final design met the brief exactly. Our favourite elements are the Reception entrance and of course our wonderful kitchen / breakout area. All our staff love the new surroundings with the bright colours and our funky feature lights !! The project was completed in good time and it was thoroughly enjoyable to work with Vince and his team throughout. We love it!
