The Kinetic Workplace Design team will project manage the whole of the office fit-out project. We will work with you to agree timescales (Project Programme), budgets and of course the proposed new office layout and then we will take full responsibility for the management of all the approved suppliers and contractors. This service includes adhering to Health and Safety Executive regulations, obtaining Local Authority approval, CDM compliance as well as liaising with landlord’s agents on your behalf.
We pride ourselves on the fact that nothing is left to chance, all costs are identified and detailed as much as possible at the outset and are pre-agreed. We ALWAYS guarantee no hidden project extras as we realise how annoying this can be if a CAPEX is signed off. We do of course have the facility to take on additional requirements during the course of a project, these are Variation Orders and all are agreed in terms of specification and cost prior to implementation on site.
