Office relocation will involve the co-ordination and management of different service suppliers and implementing a plan that will minimise disruption to your business and negate the loss of productivity. Most of our clients chose to relocate when their offices are closed – overnight or on weekends, this isn’t a problem for us and we will work with you to ensure a smooth move.
Business critical relocation such as Qantas T4 to T3 relocation
at Heathrow was handled by Kinetic after we had completed the Design & Build of the new T3 facility. We also carried out internal relocations on 5 floors of The Bar Council
in London, and Qantas Hammersmith HQ between 3 floors, where “Move Guides” were issued to staff for each move, an overall “Move Plan” was issued and plans for each stage were communicated to all staff to make sure all were kept informed for a successful relocation.
