Kinetic Workplace Design create and issue internal tenders to all our approved, trusted suppliers and contractors for each project discipline. This ensures we are very competitive in our pricing structure. Using this managed approach we take on all the work of managing the project for you to whatever extent you wish us to be involved. We deliver the signed off project proposal for the agreed fixed price without any hidden project extras.
We act as principal contractor to look after all elements of Health and Safety, CDM compliance and Local Authority approval. We make all clients aware of their project responsibilities and then we take away all the hassle and manage the process. We leave the client to concentrate on their core business and liaise on their behalf with Landlords agents and Local Authorities. By issuing a Landlords pack including scope of works we can speed up the lengthy legal process. We look after the Building Approvals via our partners Butler & Young.
Where do we best operate in the UK?
We have regional offices in three locations, South Wales, Thames Valley and Midlands and we are able to service clients effectively in and between all these areas including Central London, the M4/M5 and M40 corridor regions.
