Kinetic Workplace Design can source and provide new office furniture and relocate your business as part of a complete package. We project manage every element of this process for you to any level of involvement that you wish, from concept to completion and always deliver on time and to the agreed budget.

We are immensely proud of the offices we create. Best results are always developed with clients having input, as an integral part of the design process. We build and retain good, long term relationships with our clients and don’t just wave goodbye once the relocation or refurbishment is over, we keep in touch and provide ongoing support as required. Above all we enjoy what we do and have a great enthusiasm to make sure every detail is covered to satisfy our clients.

How do we do this?

Kinetic Workplace Design deliver inspirational interiors by assigning one team to a client project for its entirety from design, build, right through to completion handover.

Kinetic Project Process clearly defines all the steps to a successful office refurbishment or relocation.

Kinetic Workplace Design create and issue internal tenders to all our approved, trusted suppliers and contractors for each project discipline. This ensures we are very competitive in our pricing structure. Using this managed approach we take on all the work of managing the project for you to whatever extent you wish us to be involved. We deliver the signed off project proposal for the agreed fixed price without any hidden project extras.

We act as principal contractor to look after all elements of Health and Safety, CDM compliance and Local Authority approval. We make all clients aware of their project responsibilities and then we take away all the hassle and manage the process. We leave the client to concentrate on their core business and liaise on their behalf with Landlords agents and Local Authorities. By issuing a Landlords pack including scope of works we can speed up the lengthy legal process. We look after the Building Approvals via our partners Butler & Young.

Where do we best operate in the UK?

We have regional offices in three locations, South Wales, Thames Valley and Midlands and we are able to service clients effectively in and between all these areas including Central London, the M4/M5 and M40 corridor regions.

KWD provided our T4 facility years ago and therefore knew our business and design requirements inside out. Once again they carried out a flawless refurbishment and relocation with the new T3 facility being completed ahead of schedule and within budget. Everyone is thrilled with the result.
