Overview
The Paper Bag Co. were going to relocate to a purpose built office with warehousing to expand their business.
The Directors decided that it would make better financial sense to make more effective use of their current unit.
By the introduction of a Mezzanine floor the office space was doubled above a new storage room.
The previous storage area was transformed into a new Kitchen and WC/shower facility with even space for a small gym for staff.
Time was spent on getting the look and feel right for the Kitchen breakout – with a mood lit plain neutral look with a high design feel, it incorporates an easy going staff meet point in a breakfast bar.
Flooring is a white wash wood look vinyl from Karndean.
The WC’s and shower are in a cool grey tile with contrast colour of lime green complemented by a cool Walnut wood to rear and door finish.
The first floor office – Jon wanted a clean simple desk look so he went for white desk surfaces and leg frame using 2 and 4 cluster workstations with screen divides.
The furniture was Sven X Range and the seating was Boss Design.

Client
The project really did deliver us the expansion space we required for the next few years growth for our business, its also transformed the office making it such a nice place to come and work.
The added bonus for staff is a cool breakout space and gym facility plus a top notch WC and shower facility.
The project design was well thought through and the works were delivered in a very quick period whilst we were able to continue our business as usual.
We were extremely happy with the way Kinetic managed the whole process and will be using Vince and his team on our next expansion project.
