We were invited to Design and Build a new fully refurbished office replacing all furniture whilst 322 staff were in situ working in a phased refurbishment environment.The brief was to introduce more breakout and collaboration space for staff to meet informally out of conventional meeting rooms, whilst retaining Video Conferencing suites where required.

The collaborative areas were specified with the use of Connection meeting PODS and Media areas, and Boss Design breakout furniture soft seat areas along with stand up meeting points.

The design was a clean fresh look, that echoed the new Corporate Identity of the company

We introduced a building wide flooring design using Desso Rock / Salt ranges to great effect along with Duraflor Argento vinyls in open kitchen areas.

We overcame the difficulties of delivering the final design whilst working around staff by phasing in 8 working sections around the building with 8 phased reconfiguration weekends.

Each weekend was planned down to the last detail, with IT Decom / Recom, furniture disposals, new furniture installations and temporary partition relocations.

The end result of the 30 week project is a fresh interior where each environment is put to good use by the staff.
