Project & Site Management

Good project and site management requires three key components.

Good communication between client and suppliers, the effective and efficient management of resources and making sure timescales are kept to.

At the start of a project, our management team will provide a programme of works listing when and where all trades and other disciplines will be on-site or supplying products. This will be frequently monitored and cross checked and updated as and if required.

He/she will make sure the timescales are kept to and liaise with client and suppliers at regular intervals to maintain good communications between all parties.

If required or requested we will also provide a Site Manager who will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the project on site and deal with any questions or snags any of the involved parties might have.

KWD provided our T4 facility years ago and therefore knew our business and design requirements inside out. Once again they carried out a flawless refurbishment and relocation with the new T3 facility being completed ahead of schedule and within budget. Everyone is thrilled with the result.
